What You’ll Do
You’ll be the trusted expert customers rely on for safe, high‑quality electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades. Your day may include:
- Installing and repairing electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Troubleshooting electrical components with confidence and accuracy
- Communicating clearly with customers about job progress and solutions
- Maintaining a clean, organized work environment
- Documenting work performed and materials used
- Upholding safety protocols and company values
- Representing CHS with professionalism, care, and integrity
What Makes You a Great Fit
- At least 2 years of electrical experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong understanding of NEC and local electrical codes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Tech‑savvy (iPad/CRM experience a plus)
- Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Clean driving record and insurable
- A team‑first mindset and commitment to doing the job right
Pay
Mr. Electric Electricians earn $70,000 to $150,000 yearly.
Our techs are paid a base hourly rate PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work performed, and overall job profitability.
We take care of setting all the appointments so you can focus on doing what you do best - repairing our customers' homes.
