Residential Service Electrician – Columbia, TN

Pay: $46,800 – $100,000+ per year

Pay Structure: (Negotiable based on experience)

  • First 30 Days: $22.50/hour
  • After 30 Days: 100% Commission (20% of collected revenue minus materials & additional labor)
  • Bonus and Spiff Opportunities

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
  • Install fixtures, circuits, EV chargers, panels, and more
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide safety-focused recommendations
  • Ensure personal and customer safety at all times
  • Leave every home safer than you found it

Experience with residential troubleshooting is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of residential electrical experience
  • TN LLE License (Required)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to commute to Columbia, TN (or relocate before starting)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Pass background check and drug screen

Compensation

  • First 30 Days: $22.50/hour
  • After 30 Days: 100% commission
  • 20% of collected revenue
  • Minus materials and additional labor
  • Bonus and spiff opportunities

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
  • Overtime occasionally required to finish customer jobs
  • Occasional Saturday travel required for training and professional development
