Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in residential electrical work. The successful candidate will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings. They must have a strong understanding of electrical codes, be able to troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members and work alone.

  • The starting pay range for our Residential Electrician is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on your experience level.

Responsibilities:

  • **Must be willing to travel for paid training (travel is covered)**
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential buildings
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Perform electrical inspections and diagnose electrical issues
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with other team members and contractors
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • You are the face of Mr. Electric and will be interacting with the homeowner to deliver the customer service that Mr. Electric is known for.
  • You ensure the safety of yourself and the people you serve, leaving their homes safer than when you first walked in. You'll identify and present opportunities and solutions to the customer to ensure the safety of their family and property.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a residential electrician
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Electrical license or certification preferred
