We are looking for another great teammate to join our office team that helps customers and teammates alike. The successful individual for this role will enjoy speaking to customer and service professionals as we match the two to complete service calls.

As an office teammate, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Electric every day. You are responsible for connecting with customers and booking service requests for our field personnel and to coordinate the arrival of technicians to their homes.

To support you and your fellow teammates we have a training program and caring employees, supervisors, and owners to show you the ropes.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Speak with Customers and service professionals via phone kindly and professionally
- Schedule service calls and let customers know when we are on our way
- Perform marketing functions to handle incoming requests
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of one year admin or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently

Pay and Benefits
The starting pay range for our Customer Service Representatives is $28,000 to $41,000 per year depending on your level of experience.
