Here are Your Responsibilities as a Office Assistant at Mr. Electric
As a Office Assistant, you are a key member of our team. You’ll be the one of the first point of contact that customers have with us, and shape the customer’s perception of Mr. Electric from the beginning.
Here are the primary responsibilities for this position:
· You will answer customer calls and schedule jobs according to the customer’s needs.
· You will assign and direct electricians to appropriate customer locations, and monitor their route and status to coordinate and prioritize their schedules.
· You will follow up with customers to inquire whether they would like to proceed with any unsold work, and ensure that all customer needs and concerns are fully addressed.

Job Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements for the Office Assistant position.
· 2+ years of administrative experience is preferred but will train the right candidate
· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay and Benefits
The starting pay range for our Office Assistant is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience.
