Here are Your Responsibilities as a Materials Coordinator/ Office Assistant at Mr. Electric
As a Materials Coordinator you order necessary supplies, schedule deliveries and manage the company's inventory.
Here are the primary responsibilities for this position:
· Manage all aspects of materials flow.
· Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, receiving, and stocking supplies.
· Ordering supplies when needed and monitor stock levels to determine when to reorder.
· Scheduling deliveries and tracking shipments.
· Communicate with vendors and with management to ensure timely delivery of materials.
· Prepare reports on inventory levels, deliveries, and other related activities.
· Maintain an efficient request system.
· Ensure that employees store materials and tools in the correct locations.

Job Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements for the Materials Coordinator/Office Assistant position.
· 2+ years of administrative experience is preferred but will train the right candidate
· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay and Benefits
The starting pay range for our Materials Coordinator/Office Assistant is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience.
