Job Requirements

  • 3+ years into electrical apprenticeship/ 3+ years experience in electrical field.
  • Current Journeyman license (or ability to obtain within 60 - 90 days) is ideal.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


Pay and Benefits

The starting pay range is $35.00 to $65.00 per hour, depending qualifications, level of experience, and execution on the job. Paid a base hourly fee PLUS performance based incentives, including overall job profitability and additional work sold/ performed. We take care of setting all the appointments so you can focus on finding solutions and repairing our customers' homes.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Residential Service Electrician, you are a key member of our team, and the face of the company that defines our image. Our customers look to your expertise to help solve their issues and build confidence that their home will be safe.

  • Help customers solve their various electrical needs, from installations to repairs and upgrades, ranging from installing basic fixtures to replacing a home's electrical panel and wiring.

*Note: Complex troubleshooting is often involved, so experience is a must.

  • Be the face of Mr. Electric, and uphold our professional image.
  • Interact with homeowner to deliver the complete customer service experience that defines Mr. Electric's success.
  • Ensure the safety of both yourself and the people you serve, leaving homes safer than when you first walked in.
  • Identify and present a variety of opportunities and solutions to help ensure the safety of the customers' family, home and property.
