What We Provide For You

*  Competitive pay during initial training: $25-$35/hr based on experience.

*  A base hourly fee PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work performed, and overall job profitability: After training, move to commission-based pay with strong (uncapped!) earning potential. *  A $2,000 Bonus for licensed electricians (Journeyman or Master) IF your experience is majority RESIDENTIAL

What You’ll Be Doing

*  Troubleshooting and repairing residential and light commercial electrical systems

*  Installing everything from basic fixtures to full panel upgrades

*  Building trust with homeowners and business owners through clear communication and quality work

*  Identifying safety concerns and offering professional solutions

*  Selling and upselling electrical services in a consultative, customer-first manner

You’re a Great Fit If You...

*  Have 3+ years of professional electrical experience (residential preferred)

*  Have a valid driver’s license a clean driving record
