The following are the minimum requirements for the Electrical Sales Representative position.

• Minimum of 3 years of strong sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the electrical trade
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Electrical Sales Technicians earn $50,000 to $120,000 yearly
• Our Electrical Sales Technicians are paid a base hourly fee PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work sold, and overall job profitability

Responsibilities

As an electrical sales technician, you are a key member of our team

• Our customers look to your expertise to help solve their issues and build confidence that their home will be safe
• You will help customers with various electrical needs, from installations to repairs
• This could range from installing basic fixtures to replacing a home's electrical panel and wiring
• You will provide and present accurate quotes to customers
• You are the face of Mr. Electric and will be interacting with the homeowner to deliver the customer service that we pride ourselves in
• You ensure the safety of both yourself and the people you serve, leaving their homes safer than when you first walked in
• You'll identify and present opportunities and solutions to the customer to ensure the safety of their family and property
• You’ll know the job was done right by paying attention to detail, inspecting and accurately quoting solutions for electrical concerns and delivering high-quality workmanship
