Here are Your Responsibilities as a Residential Electrician at Mr. Electric:


As a Residential Service Electrician, you are a key member of our team. Our customers look to your expertise to help solve their issues and build confidence that their home will be safe.


  • You will help customers with various electrical needs, from installations to repairs. This could range from installing EV chargers, troubleshooting circuit breaker problems to replacing a home's electrical panel and wiring. Note: Complex troubleshooting is often involved so your experience as a residential service electrician is a must.


  • You have at least 2 years of residential service with a revenue responsibility.


  • Your professionalism is top-notch. You will be interacting with the homeowner to deliver the customer service that Mr. Electric is known for. We want you to make new friends every day!


  • You ensure the safety of both yourself and the people you serve, leaving their homes safer than when you first walked in. You'll identify and present opportunities and solutions to the customer to ensure the safety of their family and property.

Job Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of prior professional-level electrical experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay and Benefits


Mr. Electric Service Professionals can earn between $75,000 to $100,000 plus per year, depending on experience and attitude.


Our Electricians are paid a base hourly fee PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work performed, and overall job profitability. You will eventually graduate to our full performance pay model as we track your performance metrics.


We also offer a competitive benefits package that includes BCBS Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Vacation and Sick Pay are also included after 90 days.
