Key Responsibilities
Train & Mentor: Lead, coach, and develop field technicians through hands-on training and performance feedback.
Manage Operations: Coordinate scheduling, job assignments, and equipment needs for peak efficiency.
Ensure Quality: Travel to job sites to evaluate technician performance and maintain company standards.
Collaborate: Partner with dispatch and management to implement best practices in the field.
Requirements
Dual Expertise: 3+ years as an Electrician AND 3+ years in a lead or managerial role.
The Teacher Mindset: A proven ability to perform, teach, and perfect electrical tasks for others.
Leadership Skills: Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
