Mr. Electric Dispatcher
Scheduling service calls for Mr. Electric
*Backup call taker/maker for CSR (Customer Service Representative). This includes handling
all incoming calls to Mr. Electric in a timely manner. Must be professional,
respectful, and courteous to all calls and determine the purpose of each call.
Each customer that calls in must be guided through the process by all Mr. Electric
scripting. Will be in charge of obtaining all necessary information for each
call that comes in for service as well as any other call that comes in.
*Receives completed work orders from CSR for scheduling of jobs. Ensures all information
is correct on the work order and completes the invoicing process once the job
*Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping
systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary/personnel requirements and
then implementing changes.
*Resolves admin problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and
*Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,
reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks with other
dispatchers in the Mr. Electric system.
*Coordinates with technicians/customers with the schedule daily.
Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:00 pm Full Time
