Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, professional voice of our company — delivering an excellent first impression, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for. You’ll use active listening, strong communication skills, and attention to detail to support our customers and our team. This role is essential to maintaining high booking rates, customer satisfaction, and smooth daily operations.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule all service appointments using active listening and accurate data entry
  • Maintain high booking rates and follow up on completed jobs to ensure excellent customer service
  • Contact customers to renew expiring memberships and process payments
  • Schedule routine maintenance services for Advantage Plan members
  • Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, vendors, and management
  • Notify the Call Center Manager of any customer concerns or service issues
  • Uphold the Mr. Electric Code of Values and model professionalism at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to team success
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures
  • Operate personal or company vehicles in accordance with policy when needed

  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with numbers
  • High follow-up, reliability, and customer‑focused mindset
  • Typing skills a plus

Pay

$19.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and knowledge as a Customer Service Representative.
