• Proven experience in customer relations, service management, or operations coordination
• Strong leadership skills with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams, especially between office staff and field technicians
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences—not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them
• Master proficiency in Microsoft Excel

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a high-performing customer service team focused on responsiveness, accuracy, and satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with electricians and field teams to ensure timely service delivery and clear communication
• Own the customer journey from first contact through job completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency
• Resolve escalated issues with professionalism, turning challenges into loyalty-building opportunities
• Implement processes that elevate service standards to a true “gold star” level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for the Customer Experience Manager is $45,000 to $60,000 per year.

Monthly and Quarterly performance bonuses up to $21,000 per year.
